Lost Exam Marks
I am extremely sad, angry and scared. I am currently busy with my NQF level 6 Grade R Diploma at Lyceum. I am in my 3rd year. Last year I wrote my Life Skills 2 2427 and both assignment and exam mark was not loaded on my portal. A lady that works at Professional Childcare college found both marks and sent it through to Lyceum but still no one has bothered to upload my marks. I received 90% for my exam and 100% for my assignment. I was told that they can't help me. I literally went in to Lyceums offices.
I also see that people are saying they haven't received a certificate from Lyceum. This is absolutely disgusting and Carte Blanch needs to intervene here!!!!!

My name is Christine Guerini student number 157183.
I am still waiting for my Life Skills 2 2427 to be loaded on my portal that I wrote on the 15th of October 2020 at Professional Childcare college.
No marks were loaded for this subject, this includes the assignment as well. Dudu from Professional Childcare college managed to find my Life Skills 2 Assignment mark and exam. I received 100% for the assignment and 90% for the exam. I have sent countless emails with the proof of marks. This mark needs to be loaded on my portal please? Can someone please help me! Because I saw that Life skills 2 2427 was loaded on my portal again this year I decided to quickly write it and see what happens. I got marked on it but that is so unfair that I have to re write when I wrote last year! I spoke to people at the college today and they couldn't help me.
This is a serious matter because I have emailed everyone at Lyceum for about 3 months now. Bev from Professional childcare college also sent emails to try assist.
This is my future. I need to get my NQF 6 Grade R Diploma. IT IS NOT FAIR THAT I have to wait so long and keep having to email and phone for a response.
I don't need to re do Life Skills 2 because I never not handed my assignments in and I did write all my exams.
