Lack of communication

I'm so disappointed with Lyceum, this afternoon, to be specific at exactly 14:00, I struggled to access online exam,i called every number provided on the website without any luck..well not surprised,Lyceum never answered their phones.i then sent several emails for assistance,its now 16:41..i still haven't received any response. can some please call me and explain why I was unable to access the exam..the ERROR message I got was "there is no enough questions in category 122 to create the question random" I tried laptop,PC and cellphone,got the same error message.Your urgent feedback will be highly appreciated...……..upset student
