Justice for my case

I have registered with Lyceum College this year 2021 doing my 3rd year which was my last year.

I did pay for the data which the College was offering to students before exams started in May 2021.I did not get the data and I did not get my money back.

I got my result for the exam in July, I failed one Module. I app**** and paid money for remarking, I was told telephonicaly that there is no more remarking of scripts anymore,there was no formal communication.I did not get my money back.

I got an opportunity to write a supplementary exam in September 2021 (online exam).The question paper was scheduled to be written on the 02 of September 2021. It did not appear on the Student Portal on the scheduled date.I phoned the College on the 02 of September 2021 to query about the question paper,I was told it was not available on the Portal on the scheduled date I must check it on the next day 03 September 2021.Indeed it appeared on the Portal 3rd September 2021.According to the Timetable the start date for exam was the 2nd of September 2021 and the finishing date was the 04 September 2021.We were given 48hrs to write and upload the script on the Portal.

I started writing the exam on the 3rd September 2021 as the question paper appeared on the Portal.when I tried to upload on 5th September 2021 assuming that the time was extended on the Portal since the question paper did not appear on the Portal as scheduled on the Timetable.To my surprise the Portal restricted uploading the exam script on the 4th September 2021;it was no longer 48hrs for me to write exam as according to the exam Timetable we were given 48hrs to write and upload on the Portal.

Alternatively I did email the script to the College because I couldn't upload it.When following up with the College after some time I was told that the emailed script were not going to be marked.

It is not my fault that the Portal restricted uploading of the exam script in 24hrs I think the College should have extended the exam time for writing and uploading of the scripts.

I have communicated with the Senior Lecture,the head of faculty, the Dean of Academs regarding my case.I have been sent from pillar to post for almost 4 months now and I am being told that I have to write the supplementary exam again.

I feel like I am being treated unfairly by the College. The worse part is some students who had a similar problem have their scripts marked and got their results.

I would like to know from the College why my case is being treated differently from the other students. I am stressed and frustrated because I can't make plans for next year since I'm stuck with this problem.

I am only seeking justice for the above matter.
