Incorrect and incomplete statement of results

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my academic results discrepancy at Lyceum College. Despite multiple inquiries over the past month, my results remain unresolved. I initially raised concerns about discrepancies in my results over a month ago. Despite assurances of prompt resolution, there has been no progress. What's more concerning is that while I've been waiting for my results to be corrected, other students' issues were resolved within a week.

Furthermore, the reassurance provided by the administration not to worry and I should continue with registration for second year only added to my anxiety. It's frustrating to receive such vague responses without any concrete action being taken.

Additionally, the practicality of registering with incomplete and incorrect statements has left me questioning the competence of the administration. How can students proceed with registration when their academic records are inaccurate and incomplete?
