Impossible to change phone number

Please, can someone just change my phone number on the system so that I can log into my account. I have phoned, its ringing long time till my air time runs out. I sent messages and email response. I deleted the app and installed again. Every time wants to send me an OTP to my OLD ****** number.

There is NO option whatsoever either on the app or on your website to change one's number.

All I need is someone to update to my new number.

That can't be so difficult?
