I want my money back

I'm very disappointed with the service, i have been waiting for my refund for more than 6 months now, every time i call their office no one is able to give me a straight answer, only that i they are busy with it and I'm on the list, which is very long and they are not sure when i will get the funds back. Since last year, it's the new year and nothing has happened from their side. If they can't manage a small refund i wonder how they are managing students. Student number :146853
