Hugely disappointed

Absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism of this educational institution. I was given the wrong information to start with which resulted in me paying R7,000.00 more than I was supposed to for my course. This occurred in May this year (2020) and I’ve emailed over a dozen times for this refund. The excuses are endless and or there’s no feedback for weeks. This boils down to theft! I had dealt with one lady (Bobby) who was great, she managed to fix the misinformation with my course. I paid for 12 subjects when I only needed to pay for four. Sadly I had paid already when this all came to light. However it’s out of her hands with regards to refunds etc. Not to mention other hiccups with the college, I had paid for my books which arrived after I had written my exams in October. Thank goodness the material was available online or else I’d have failed. My results were available on my portal only after emailing the college to tell them that my results were not available when they should have been. Now when I go back onto my portal my results have disappeared. The whole process has been very stressful and I am SO disappointed with this college as I was so looking forward to starting my study career with them and finishing with a qualification too. Now I am completely put off furthering my studies with them as I feel like I am dealing with ******** not a professional college. I cannot understand how the head of this institution is unaware of these issues. Very angry and disappointed student. I would not recommend this college at all.
