Horrific service

I am very discussed with the service received form Lyceum. I have been doing my three-year Diploma now for the last 5 years. They just always have an excuse of why I cannot continue with the next year and always lose my assignments or exam results. I have been writing my final exams now but all 7 of my subjects had issues regarding the exams. I was not added to the so-called list to write exams and had to spend hundreds of rands on airtime to then reach the College to get this sorted. Very poor servace.
