Horrible Service

***********, unhelpful. I cancelled my studies in September 2018, the lady I initially send my documents to ignored my 17 emails that was sent to her, after obtaining a number to contact then only she actioned my mail. I was due for a refund in November (3 to 6 weeks waiting period for a refund) and it wasn’t done. I have tried several attempt to no success. I was advised that the refund will be done before the end of 2018 and it wasn’t fulfilled. Its now the middle of Jan 2019 and still no refund. Its becomes so frustrating sending emails on a daily basis and no proper feedback. i need to be compensated for my times wasted.
