Hopeless Lyceum college

I am a student at lyceum College, i couldn't write exams because they were not accessible on portal, when i call them,they did not answer, send emails to the student support but no response, i drove to the head office, waited for more than an hour to be helped, i was told that i should register again.So this year i just gave away my money and time for nothing. Hellopeter please help me.
