Hire more efficient staff

Today was the beginning of October exams nd just as I expected the new online site had issues. I logged on in the morning to access my exam nd I thought maybe coz the time scheduled is 9 it’s gonna be available then, nd just like how they struggled with the MCQ in July the same happened. I spent two hours on the line , once the call went through to someone that person would pretend to put me through then it cuts . Not sure if they were mindful of the fact that I’m a student who’s stressing over an exam , my future was at stake here . After not finding anyone to assist mind you I had my colleagues also holding on the other lines so that if one answers they put them through to me , that’s how hectic it was . After struggling for hours I decided to drive to the new campus. Very far I must say nd when I got there I remembered I had numbers of the person who’s the head of that department I think , I phoned him for the 2nd time since he had said in the morning his in a meeting nd will be available later. The student site Is not user friendly with old communication that will confuse you . Why aren’t y’all taking down old communication? Oh I can’t leave out the fact that you don’t even send us communication on sms or email since we don’t sit the whole day on site coz some of us work nd study at the same time .You guys can’t even meet deadlines for results release dates for assignments, it’s always postponed nd oh you don’t even understand if it’s your mark or not coz there’s no details around it nd don’t tell me about checking under grades . It’s confusing. When you phone no one knows, where’s the staff that used to be efficient? I really wish this was my final year . You guys are failing us as students. It was sad to get to Woodmead nd see so many students frustrated over you guys not answering calls nd not being able to assist. Are y’all short staffed now??? Seriously taking this up further because my education wasn’t a priority to you this morning when y’all couldn’t even say you are aware nd that communication will be sent once the exam is up never mind apologising to us students.
