Haven't received my certificate from 2021 still waiting in 2024

Completed my studies in 2021, Did not graduate after submitting applications for graduation in 2021,2022,and 2023 I'm still awaiting for my certificate in 2024.Very poor administration at this college would not recommend anyone to study.no interest is shown towards the learners.it should be closed once and for all
