Full of regret

This is the worst college I have ever studied with. Their service is dismal, consultants couldn't be bothered to do their jobs correctly and a simple refund has been an ongoing process for three months now. All my mails and phone calls are outright ignored. Every time I manage to get hold of someone to assist I apparently need to submit additional letters stating my reason for requesting a refund, letters which by the way state the exact same thing. This disgustingly poor service is in itself a testament to why I'd rather study anywhere else than with poor excuse of an institute.
