Financial department do not help or respond

Lyceum are quick to hold back your enrolments for financial matters, but when they make mistakes and overcharge you as a student they are just as quick to ignore your refund requests all these staff are continuously ignoring my refund emails for R829.00 owed back overcharged by Lyceum on enrolment. Since 10.02.2020 I am battling for answers and when I do receive them I get told 6 weeks to refund my money. I am trying to follow up that all is still in order as my account is showing no credit refund processed but all my emails are again being ignored by: Demi Augustine; Lebohang Makoro ;Maite Leboho
