Fantastic after sales / after studies support from Aletta Riddles. I would just like to say to Lyceum that Aletta is your saving grace. I have had many a frustration in the lack of responses to emails and phone calls (especially in the graduates department), however managed with luck on my side to have Aletta answer my phone call. What a lovely person, so on top of everything, so calm even after my frustrated tirade and tears of not being heard and answered, but such know-how and patience on what I should expect and made sure I finally got to attend my belated graduation as well as finally obtaining my deserved space on the graduate list to receive my certificate. Thank you very much Aletta, I really hope that Lyceum acknowledges your efforts, you are so needed and appreciated.
