Extreme incompetence.

If I could give this institution 0 stars I would have done so. I helped my domestic worker do her Early childhood development course through them. It took her 2 years and after that we discovered that this course was worth nothing! it was not registered or affiliated anywhere? It was not a proper ECD qualification. Anyway they said that we could enroll her for her Grade R teaching diploma. We registered in the beginning of the year and paid an R8000 deposit. By middle March ( after she had been to their offices numerous time) she had not received any study material or any books yet. I decided to cancel the course, because she has not even started yet. I have up to know send about 15 emails and spoke on the phone about 12 times to people promising me to cancel and then to see that my deposit gets paid back..... And still today I got a notification that my account is overdue. I do not know where to turn anymore. These people are extremely *********** and I would not encourage anyone to waste their money in this way.
