Examination papers not being marked on time!!!!

I am a 3rd year student completing my Diploma in Education. I have completed my assignments in January 2021 and my exams May 2021, It is now September and both my assignments and exams have not been marked!!!! My job depends on my qualification as soon as possible and this college just gives me the run around!!! I have been calling for weeks and everytime the receptionist transfers us to the exam department the call is answered and dropped! From staff to the managers no one answers their calls!!! this is ridiculous I NEED URGENT ASSISTANCE AND I NEED MY MARKS!!!
