Don't use them

The level of customer service is shocking! You have to beg them to send your results and on top of that they still lose your assignments and they assign a student adviser to you that doesn't even exist. Trying to get through to the college is also a nightmare as the call usually just rings and when you do get through to someone they are of no help. Apart from one consultant that has been extremely helpful (Student Advisor Manager), I have received no joy from the college. My queries have been escalated to the Academic Manager who doesn't even bother to get back to you. Really pathetic, do something about your services!!
