Do NOT use this institution

If I could rate them a negative 10 I would! They are completely useless in terms of customer service. Quick to take your money, not so quick to respond to emails nor answer the phone lines. So getting help and assistance is absolutely out of the question. I wrote an exam, was told later on I had failed because I did not write the exam. I submitted proof that I wrote the exam and now I am begging for a response or further feedback from Hazel ever since. I have tried contacting Felix numerous times with regards to assignment submissions, no response to emails nor phone lines. They have dedicated email addresses for certain departments, not one of them have the decency to monitor their mails and actually respond to you. DO NOT STUDY THROUGH THIS INSTITUTION. Take your money elsewhere, where you would at least be acknowledged as a student.
