Disgusting sevice

I have never been so disappointed. I wrote exams in May 2021. Since that day I have not been able to get hold of Lyceum to get me rests. The service is disgusting. I asked to speak to someone to lodge a complaint and waited 11 minutes and still didn't talk to anyone . It's disgusting that they take your money so eagerly then after that day they ignore you like a stop Street
