Disgusting service.

I am very disappointed and disgusted in the service I've received from Lyceum. They used to debit my account on the 25th of every month which was the arrange. Last month they claimed to have forgetten to debt my account and did it a week later putting my account in arrears and this month it has still not been debited. When I try calling them they just cut me off and when I emailed them they said they tried to debit it on the 11th of this month which was not the arrangement. I won't be able to get my results due to their mess up which they don't want to fix.
