disappointing staff member

Walter Ellie staff member with the company since 2009 staff member got sick off work for 2 months with update and proof send (doctors letters) no support or assistance from management after receiving the last discharge letter stating (patient discharge not yet fit for work medical bord to be reviewed January 2019) without any questions or assistance or support mr Ellie was removed as a staff member and nothing was signed or no contact from icg so it just shows that he was the only bread winner in his home ..currently struggling to keep up to date with his bond might loose his home fir his kids and to keep up with medical aid payments have to have his family help with handouts the company never paid him for sick leave not even annual leave his been unfairly dismissed. .and even the HR representative is no help not even payroll. .we asked the question with still no reply since july 2018 What is the procedure with medical board for your staff at icg ..so that no one can go through this being a employee of icg/ lyceum college. .do they look after there staff
