Disappointing Service From Mahadi Mthethwa

I am very disappointed with the kind of service we sometimes receive from Lyceum College especially the one in Johannesburg. I emailed a lady in Pretoria Christina Nthorwana within minutes she had sent me the timetable that I requested and referred me to Mahadi for marked assignments, We are writing exams on the 7th May 2015 we have not yet received assignments for referral, I called Mahadi from 20/04/2015 till today 22/04/2015 but there is no response *** I sent her an email Mahadi Mtetwa [Email Removed] but my return receipt showed that she deleted the email without reading it. Clearly she doesn't know why she is sitting in that chair or office she is occupying if this is how she will treat people who pay to achieve their dreams. My account is fully paid because it's a Government Bursary I expect to be responded to when one enquire about something and not be ignored its really rude and unprofessional.<br> All I'm requesting from Lyceum is to email me my marked assignments so that I can be able to prepare appropriately for the Exams. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
