Deprivation to write examination

I am a student lyceum since 2020 studying traffic and metropolitan policing diploma with student number 162402. I completed my first year in 2020 and currently a second year student. I wrote my assignments as required and emailed them to *** which serves as an alternative method of submitting assignments and examination. I even registered to write my second year examination. I started my first module online examination yesterday on the 27th October, today on the 28th as i was trying to upload it on the student portal i could not upload because i was blocked. I tried communicating with the college but without any success. There has been communication breakdown between students and the college since i enrolled with them. I then drove to the college to enquire about the problem then i was told i wont be able to write exam as my documents are missing. I was told that the college did not receive my assignmrnts as a result i wont write examination. I then requested my last year assignments results since they were never sent to me yet i managed to write examination. They could not find them on their system which means there is no trace or record. It clearly shows that their system might be faulty and unreliable. I am now deprived to write yet im not owing the college infact they owing me 3000+ which is due for refund. All im asking is to write my examination. Please assist.
