CRECHE or College

this college needs to shutdown seriously.... they are the most unprofessional people I have ever meet. for a college that claimed not to be ******* they surely act like fly by night schools. I submitted my application in Marc and was given my fees for the year. I made a cash payment to the college and up until this day am waiting for my study material. I called in and spoke to the supervisor who is Abel Mbele and he didn't seem to care much that I wanted to withdraw my application. he offered to send me a cancellation letter and had the whatever kind of attitude. I told him I don't want to cancel I need to study and do something with my life and I don't owe hem anything. he advised how everyone is blaming him and things are not in order at the college but promised to get someone to assist me. the consultant called me back and he assured me that he will send my application through and by the following week. he will call me and confirm the dispatch of my study material. its two weeks later no call from him. I called again today got through to Emma who put me through to Lizzy for assistance. the lady sounded so sleeping and said in Zulu you see why I don't want to answer.
