my name is jeanette ratombo i registerd with lyceum college in october 2020 with the student advisor by the name of carol and when i was suppose to get the books i didnt recieve them i called called carol to find out what was happening with my books and she told me that the were on their way i spent the whole of 2021 busy calling the college and sending emails address to send me my money back because i wasnt being assisted regarding the books.i have been waiting for my refund since then. A friend of mine told me you guys will be able to help me regarding this matter coz its been long waiting for money to be refund to me.
