Bad service

Bad service I have completed level 6 last year 2020. I have still not received my books for 3 years. I had to wait 6 months for the Assessor to come and assess me and my WIL marks are still not on my student portal. The department of education refuse to pay me because I have not received my transcript and Diploma. Level 6 was only 3 years, I am waiting for 3 years and 6 months just for my results. The first year they lost my WIL marks and I had to take a 3 year subject in year 2. I had to Graduate in December 2020
