Bad service

Hello Peter I sent an email to Lyceum college for an academic record last year August and still now I haven't received it I did follow-ups on email and I also called but no one is helping me. On Friday I spoke to Aletta because I have been sending emails to her and she promised to send me the academic record that day but two days later nothing. Their service is very bad and they don't even apologize. My student number is 149855
