BAD AND POOR SERVICE FROM LYCEUM COLLEGE

Lyceum college is giving me a bad service. I have finished my last module December 2020. I got my results and now when I call lyceum for my academic transcript no one is answering the phones. I have been calling since from January 2021 and no one is answering which means I will not get any help. I went to their office at Ermelo but they also told me that Lyceum is not answering their phone.

I need that academic transcript so that I submit to my workplace and be able to apply for jobs as I have finished the qualification.

What is worse is that I have been sending several emails and no one is replying back. The service from Lyceum is really bad.
