Awful Service

I wrote to this college enquiring about information regarding studying there. The consultant I had the displeasure of dealing with is Precious Chitombo. She never called me when I humbly requested her to as I needed a consultant to explain some things to me. I noticed her email said we could whatsapp their cellphone numbers to which I whatsapped her. When she responded she did not even.have the courtesy to greet me and when I asked her more questions she read my messages and remained silent. I am very dissapointed by this consultant who has dragged Lyceums name down. I thought it was a great college with polite consultants to deal with. Obviously I was incorrect!
