AWAITING REFUND FOR FOR 21 MONTHS NOW

I hope I will get assistance. In DECEMBER 2020, I paid up my account, but my debit order continued. I phoned Lyceum and was told that I will have to wait 6 weeks for my refund. It is now exactly, ONE YEAR AND NINE MONTHS , that I have been waiting for my refund. Lebohang Makoro was the consultant that "assisted" me. up till today no feedback. Everytime I enquire , my emails are ignored. Above it states that I must rate the Institute, I had to rate it 1 star, to lodge my complaint, if it was up to me, they would get NO star at all.
