assignments submitted but can not be found on their system, assignments not marked and student given 5%

Their student portal in not user friendly , they do not even have a decency to send personalized exam time table to students. The lectures do not respond to queries. They just give any assessment rating. I was told i did not submit my assignments but i have confirmation emails from the collage that i submitted. i have been querying way before exam no response. i am expected to re register for modules although it was their system fault. The level on unprofessionalism in that collage is just crazy. I would not advice anyone to register with them. They do not even notify you of supplementary exams. nonsense institution.
