Accounts Department Pathetic with Responding

I app**** on the 5th April for a credit refund due to being overcharged by Lyceum on my studies. It is almost 3 months as per Lyceum policy to pay out the credit refund am I am emailing to confirm and wow what was I expecting no one person is responding or acknowledging my emails now that its time to pay me back Kindly assist with outstanding refund due app**** 3 months ago. Lyceum is quick to overcharge a student but now quick in returning our money For you it may not matter but R1568.00 in my world is a lot of money
