Academic record / Transcript department administration a DISASTER

I have been trying since December 17th 2021 to obtain my academic record / transcript report for my BCOM: Management which I completed in 2021. I have emailed, filled in forms, paid and nothing, one response in 12 emails 'Aletta Riddles' <***> 'Felix Makunda' <***> *** With no luck

I cannot re-enroll in the next course I am interested in without this documentation for my company. The service levels at Lyceum just seem to continue going backwards. No one ever wants to assist unless you complain on social media
