Academic record can't be given

I'm not if lyceum is running a **** or what, I was supposed to graduate this Friday 15th October but my results where added late because of lyceum, my graduation firm was submitted late.

As if that's not all now I'm requesting my academic record, they are giving me the run arounds telling me I've not completed one module from 2018 can you believe, I don't owe this school nothing I really don't know what lyceum is doing with our academic results honestly.Now I have to wait for another date for graduation of which I made peace with that but they can give me my academic record, I need to apply for employment I'm so disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this college.
