7 months and still no refund

In January this year I enrolled my domestic worker ( Duduzile, Promis Dlamini student number 153044, at Lyceum College to study for her Grade R teaching diploma . I paid a deposit of R7000 at their Durban offices and the lady, Thabile, told me that Dudu was going to have her study material and assignments within a week or 2. By the end of January we have not received anything yet and Dudu went to their offices in Durban . Thabile told her that she will have her study material very soon. After that Dudu went there 4 more times, without success. By the 3rd week in February Dudu still have not received anything , but by now she was starting to panic because her first assignment was almost due. By about the 10th of March we still haven’t received anything and I send an email to cancel all her studies and asked for a full refund. The next day the study material arrived at my workplace, but I refused to accept it or sign for it , telling them that I have cancelled everything. After not hearing back from them I eventually called the branch in Johannesburg and Eunice Sebabo confirmed that they have received the cancellation. I have sent countless emails to Eunice Sebabo and spoke to her on the phone several time and she confirmed that they did receive my cancellation and that I should have my refund in about 6 weeks. Time went on and nothing happened. She then refered me to Lebohang Makoro. I got the idea that Lebohang tried to help me, but it has now been 7 months and they still have not paid back my deposit. I have even tried calling, but it is currently impossible for me to get hold of anyone at Lyceum College. The telephone numbers either do not ring, or no one answers. I do not know what to do next and have therefore enrolled the help of Wendy Knowler, the well known radio personality ( consumer watch) and investigative journalist. I need my deposit and hope by involving the media that I will get my deposit soon.
