My Husband and I bought Sneakers from BT Ratsatsi about 2 months ago, Turns out his service is reliable, we then bought another pair for my brother, delivered again. So we decided to buy another pair for my sister last month. Bare in mind his in JHB and we are in CPT. So delivery takes about 2-4 working days. We order an Airmax White from him, he says he has it, we transfer the monies, once he got the monies he goes MIA, my husband calls, he ignores the call and doesn't call back, eventually I get through to him using another number, shocked he says his waiting on the shoe to be delivered to him. this is one week later. I give him the benefit of the doubt, when I whatsapp msg him no response, but he reads it. I called today and he says his in hospital for covid for the past week, yet my husband views his status and his driving around. So how dumb does this guy think I am?! Today is 7 October 2020, he received the monies on 21 September 2020. I just want my monies back and Il try and support some other local vendor next. Sad thing is we try to support these local online stores but they just all *******s, but they are the first to cry that our local people does not support them. THEN OFFER BETTER SERVICES!!!
