Outstanding money paid but no paid up letter. SHOCKING

These people was phoning me on a daily basis to make payment and after i made a payment of R20800, they refuse to provide me with a paid up letter.

I really dont know what to do anymore. Everyday they have a story and im still waiting for a paid up letter.

The agent i was dealing with is Lebogang Patlele. She is now missing in action after they received the money.
