LWM Debt recovery *****ing our money

A few months ago I was contacted by the company about an outstanding loan, which I have acknowledge. I made a payment which they said takes 14 days to appear on the account. Only after speaking to them did the payment reflect. On November 26, 2024, I made a payment. During the month of December one of their consultants called me and I explained about he payment made saying that I requested call backs, sent emails etc. The consultant was going to call me back. We are now on January 2, 2025 and the payment is still not reflecting and no one has contacted me again. FNB must look at who they use to do debt collecting, because it seems they are *****ing our money and that of FNB . they do not respond to e-mails through their contact us page or when one requests further assistance through the Chat bot, as well as the WhatsApp channel they claim to have.
