FNB Temporary Loans and LWM Attorneys-Randburg - Worst Service

This company is hard to deal with!!! Paid settlement in July 2026 already using the FNB app. 2 months later still not resolved and cleared, and requested a paid up settlement letter was requested for records. Its affecting my credit score cause it reflect as if its not paid. No supervisor call back; after calling them 8 times in September 2026, there is no record keeping on their supposed system. I called FNB also, but to no avail; I was advised it takes two to three working days. I am switching onto a different bank even though it's 20+ years with FNB they have disappointed me. Even requesting my family and external family members to switch to a different bank.
