LWD Properties not reliable

Please be very careful when dealing with LWD as they do not play fair we when you exit as a tenant. They take your deposit interest and take a huge cut off your deposit claiming you as a tenant left a lot of marks on the property even though you were a good tenant. They inflate the cost unnecessarily and you find that you don't get much of your deposit back. They took back over 65% of my deposit which is a huge amount over and above the interest on that. They also do not respond promptly to your messages and always have excuses and had I not asked for my payment they would have taken their own time. The payment was supposed to have been made within 14 days but I got it over a month later. The previous complaints of others years back still stands in my opinion. My rating is not even worth the above.
