LW ELECTRRICAL ARE USELESS . ESPECIALLY OSCAR

I USED LW ELECTICAL to come and fix a missing PHASE on MY ELECTRICAL BOARD. AND SOME DOWNLIGHTS. OSCAR the Electrician WAS HOPELESS, and did not fix anything. HE CLEARLY DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING!!! i then could not get him off my premises until i paid him a ghastly sum for douing nothing. be aware and be careful of this operator!
