Refund failure

So the service for a new bag made of leather from this supposed LVN LEATHER had fallen through in creating my leather bag, I paid R3,2K with the R2K deposit to 2 months late on my refund including today the 25th November. I highly recommend not getting a bag from this business as they do not hold up to their end of the bargain.
