Terrible Customer Service

I purchased shoes on the 12th of April from a company called Luxury Fashion SA. To date I haven't received my shoes and I have made a payment. I sent numerous emails and sms' enquiring about my order but I received rude messages to no messages at all. I found out that I am not alone as several people have complained on Instagram. I regret making a purchase from such people. I hope someone gets to see this report and not make the same mistake I did.
