Paid money- NO ITEMS DELIVERED

I have purchased an item of this instagram account. Delivery was promised within three weeks and yet- 5 weeks down the line and R700 rand later- I have received nothing. The manager of this account promised me two weeks ago that the product would arrive within the week and yet nothing has come of that either. They have now stopped responding to my emails and whatsapp messages. THIS IS THEFT. DO NOT purchase from these people.
