impressive service and going the extra mile

Iv recently purchased a bag and pair of heels via @luxuryfashionsa and goods took just over 3 weeks until i recieved it although i got abit concerned as the time period expired i called them and spoke to a very helpful Manager or Owner who personally dispatched and made sure my items were expedited to me . I did recieve my heels and bags and they quality is the best . The wait was well worth it well done guys . I hope you can hasten your turn around time but thank you !
