Good day,<br> <br> I came across Luxuryfashionsa on Instagram and I liked that they have items that are not readily available in our country. On the 27th of March 2015 I placed an order for the Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette and sent them the proof of payment. On the 21st of April I sent an email to follow up on when I'll be receiving my order and got a response saying approximately at the end of the month. On the 5th of May I sent an email again, and got no response. Followed up again the next day, and again on the 8th of May and got a response 2 days later, the same response I got on the 21st of April. I then asked which month end as I was given the same response on the 21st of April but when I called that day, the man I spoke to said they had it and it will be sent to me. The problem started on 21 May, when I went through their profile and saw that a well known personality ordered from them and received her things. I then asked whether her stuff was prioritized because she's well known and mine has to take a backseat because I'm just a nobody. I then made a mistake of commenting on their Insta page and was accused of hate speech and was blocked due to this. Please help me.
