Goods not delivered for 3 months

i placed an order and the social media platforms used said delivery with 2/3 weeks. It's now 3 months and the excuses just go on. They block people off Whatsapp and delete comments or queries that make them look bad. They have continued advertising and taking orders when they claim they have delays beyond their control which are not shared initially online. Very deceptive advertising and they could be a complete **** as they don't handle complaints or reassure customers neither are they apologetic.
