i placed an order with these ********** beginning of december for a bag and a week later i ordered over 5 sets of underwear and was promised that the items would all be here by the end of december. when asked that i call them their famous excuse is that they are out of the country but when i msg from another number another excuse is give. end of december came they never communicate with their clients until i sent them a msg cause they never answer than i was told that they promise my items are with customs and it being year end they promise me 1st week jan. 2nd week jan came and went but nothing no msg no calls nothing. they never answer or reply to msgs or mails. I than called but tasneem refuses to speak and puts her hubby on the phone he promises to call back but again never keeps up to promises i have asked for a refund numerous of time but they bluntly refuse or ignore the request their excuse for not answering the phone is he was in prayer or he was at a funeral the excuses never stop. when asked if they are ******* muhammed gets all arrogant and than says he would never refund and that i should deal with it. i plan on taking this further cause they are *******.
