Luxury_thriftedcloset Instagram page ****

I bought a black Gucci Soho cross body bag from Thuli Maseko from Luxury_thriftedcloset on Instagram on 18 December 2021.She assured me I would receive the bag within a week. I contact her daily now and all she says if she even replies is "you will get your bag". I have asked for a refund but she now just ignores my messages. I have reported it now 3 times on Instagram and they refuse to block her. She keeps posting stuff daily and I believe she has ****** my money even though she was offended when she assumed I was calling her a ***** but it is now 3 months later and I don't know who to turn to as Instagram is not helping me either.
